Custom-made cleanroom workbenches are variable in terms of size, design, material and equipment.
Our experienced specialists will support you from the planning and project planning stage through to the installation of your cleanroom workbench. There are two optional systems to choose from:
1. stand-alone cleanroom workstation with table frame and a laminar flow box in which the tabletop is permanently integrated.
2. flexible and individually manufactured workbench with removable laminar flow box. The table frame is firmly attached to the worktop and the Laminar Flow Box can be placed flush on top.
LAMINAR FLOW FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE
CLASS ISO 5 VERTICAL FLOW ACCORDING TO ISO 14644
Laminar flow is the term used to describe turbulence-free flow. The air flows in layers that do not mix with each other. Using a sophisticated system of fans, filters and specially designed air guidance systems, we create an air flow across the entire workplace that pushes away particle-laden air without mixing with it. this is known as displacement ventilation.
The air flow velocity is so low that you can work undisturbed. This allows the air to move in layers - laminar flow. With our systems, we generate ultra-pure filtered air and enable ISO class 5 cleanroom quality across the entire tabletop.
The BENCHALIST LAMINAR FLOW units are whisper-quiet: 36dB - 45dB depending on the power level selected. This was our main criterion during development, in addition to visual design freedom.
In order to meet the requirements of ISO 14644 in a professional manner, only high-performance filters of type H 14 are used.000 times better than the ambient air.
